Cautions and Common Problems of Ultrasound Cleaner
Daily use precautions:
1. The power supply of ultrasonic cleaner and heater must have good grounding device.
2. Ultrasound cleaning machine is strictly forbidden to start without cleaning liquid, that is, the cleaning cylinder does not add a certain amount of cleaning liquid, and the ultrasonic switch should not be opened.
3. Cleaning equipment with heating equipment is strictly forbidden to turn on heating switch when there is no liquid.
4. It is forbidden to use heavy objects (iron) to impact and clean the bottom of cylinder to avoid damage to energy converter wafers.
5. The power supply of the ultrasonic generator should use a single 220V/50Hz power supply and be equipped with a regulator of more than 2000W.
6. Wash the bottom of the cylinder regularly, and do not have too much debris or dirt.
7. Every time a new solution is changed, the parts can be washed only after the ultrasonic start-up.
Common problems of ultrasonic transducer:
1. The ultrasonic transducer is damped. Usually, the plug connected with the transducer is checked by megaohmmeter, and the insulation resistance between the positive and negative poles of the transducer can be judged. Insulation resistance is generally required to be greater than 30 megaohms. If this value of insulation resistance is not reached, it is likely that the transducer is damped. Maintenance method is to put the transducer as a whole (excluding the plastic-sprayed shell) into the oven at about 100 C, dry for three hours or use the hairdryer to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal. The transducer oscillator ignited and the ceramic material fragmented. Maintenance can be combined with naked eye and megawatt-hour meter inspection. Generally, as a measure of emergency treatment, the damaged transducers can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other transducers.
2. Degumming of transducer. We know that most manufacturers use sticky way to fix transducers, but after long-term use of ultrasonic cleaner, the phenomenon of degumming will occur due to vibration. There are also manufacturers using cementation and screw fastening method, in general, there will be no degumming, because of the role of the screw, the oscillator will not fall off the vibration surface after degumming, the general judgment method is to use the hand to shake the tail of the oscillator, carefully observe the glue situation on the vibration surface to make a judgment.
3. Usually the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal after the degumming of the oscillator, but the vibration effect of the oscillator is not good due to the bad connection between the oscillator and the vibration surface. Because the energy can not be released after a long time, the oscillator will probably burn out. Vibrator degumming is more troublesome for users to repair. Generally, it can only be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. The most effective way to avoid the degumming of the oscillator is to pay attention not to impact the vibration surface in normal use.
4. Vibration surface perforation. Usually, the vibration surface perforation of ultrasonic transducer may occur after several years of full load operation. This is due to the long time and high frequency vibration fatigue of stainless steel plate on the vibration surface. Vibration surface perforation indicates that the service life of the transducer has arrived and can only be replaced in maintenance.
Common problems of ultrasonic generator:
1. The power switch of the ultrasonic cleaner is turned on, and the indicator light is not on. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the power switch is in good condition and whether the leakage switch is closed. If the switch is in good condition and the fuse is overloaded and fused, it can basically be solved.
2. When the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaner is turned on, the indicator lights on, but there is no ultrasonic output. This situation is more complex. When repairing, first check whether the connecting plug between the transducer and the ultrasonic power board is loose, and then check whether the fuse is fused. If everything is normal, it may be the internal fault of the ultrasonic power generator. Use the multimeter to hit the power line, whether the fire line is connected or not. After eliminating the generator fault, check whether the ultrasonic transducer is burnt out and need to be replaced.
3. The DC fuse of the ultrasonic cleaner is fused. It may be the burnout of the rectifier bridge stack or power tube, or the aging of the transducer and the instability of the current, which may cause the failure of the power generator. More attention should be paid to maintenance.
