Installation steps of ultrasonic cleaning machine
1. Preparations
Prepare the required bonded ultrasonic transducer (matched), cylinder block, mesh pad, glue, etc.
2. Sandblasting
When the ultrasonic transducer and cylinder block need to be glued to stop sand blasting, the sand blasting adhesive surface should be as woolly as possible, and the sand blasting should use 30 mesh diamond sand. The sand must be insisted on dryness and often selected (every time it is put into the sand box), the pressure of compressed air should be more than 6KG during sand blasting, and the high-pressure air after dehumidification by the air source disposer. 。
3. Cleaning
Stop cleaning the sand-sprayed cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer. The transducer stops cleaning with methanol, removes the dust from the outside, and stops rinsing with acetone. The cylinder block is washed with water first, then rinsed with acid, then rinsed with methanol and acetone after cooling and drying, and then rinsed with methanol and acetone once each. The net mat is not thicker than 30 meshes or less than 0.15. The stainless steel mesh is clean and clean (electrolytic disposal when conditions permit) for reserve.
4. Drying and Preheating
Put the cleaned ultrasonic transducer, cylinder block and mesh pad into the oven to stop drying. Dry at 60-80 C for 2 hours and then cool to 40 C to stop bonding. After all the bonding preparatory tasks are completed, the glue (normal temperature) is fully harmonized and the bonding is stopped quickly.
5. Bonding
A. Place the disposed cylinder block on the bonded plate and rub it again with cotton cloth in the bonded place with acetone.
B. Rub the bonded surface of the disposed ultrasonic transducer again with acetone and cotton cloth.
C. Preheat for 1-2 minutes after mixing glue well and harmoniously. (There should not be too much glue in each configuration, and 20-30 heads should be bonded at one time). The glue should be allocated to 5G/head with a ratio of 1:0.4 (the ratio of adhesive to curing agent should be as accurate as possible).
D. When the cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer are cooled to about 40 C, stop gluing. When gluing, distinguish between the cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer, average glue is applied on the cylinder block and the ultrasonic transducer. The two ends are put on the web cloth, and then press hard. The gluing speed is fast. The gluing time should not exceed 10 minutes after each glue configuration.
E. Stop pressurizing after glue is finished (need to sing tooling, use spring soft pressing).
6. Curing
The glued cylinder block is put into the dust-free oven to stop curing. The curing temperature is 40-50 (?) for 30 minutes at one time, 60-70 (?) for 30 minutes at the second time, and then three times to 80 (?) for 2 hours after curing, the natural curing for 24 hours to detect the connection. Curing heating is controlled by programmable intelligent temperature controller.
7. Detection
For the solidified ultrasonic transducer, the bonding impedance of each transducer (60W, 22, 25, 28KHZ) is about 250_, which can not exceed 300_, and the characteristics of the transducer can not be detected (no clutter). The impedance value of the ultrasonic transducer on the same cylinder block should be as close to the difference as possible and not exceed 20% of the uniform value. About (+50_), the ultrasonic transducer that does not meet the requirements is removed and re-bonded.
