Advantages and Influencing Factors of Ultrasound Cleaning
Compared with other cleaning methods, the ultrasonic cleaning machine shows great advantages. Especially in the specialized and group production enterprises, ultrasonic cleaning machine has gradually replaced the traditional soaking, scrubbing, pressure washing, vibration cleaning and steam cleaning processes. The high efficiency and cleanliness of the ultrasonic cleaner are attributed to the penetration and cavitation shock wave generated by the sound wave propagating in the medium. So it is easy to clean the parts with complex shape, inner cavity and fine void. For general degreasing, rust-proof, phosphating and other process, it can be completed in two or three minutes under the action of ultrasound. Its speed is several times to dozens of times faster than the traditional method, and its cleanliness can also reach high standards, which in many products. power density
The higher the power density of ultrasound is, the stronger the cavitation effect is, the faster the speed is, and the better the cleaning effect is. But for the object with high precision surface finish, long time high power density cleaning will cause cavitation and corrosion on the surface of the object.
Ultrasound frequency
The lower the ultrasonic frequency is, the easier the cavitation in the liquid is, the greater the force and the stronger the effect is. It is suitable for rough, dirty and initial cleaning of workpiece. The higher the frequency, the stronger the directivity of the ultrasonic wave is, and it is suitable for fine cleaning of workpiece.
Cleaning high temperature
Ultrasound has the best cavitation effect when it is in the range of 50 C to 60 C. The cleaner is not the higher the temperature. The more significant the effect is, the higher the temperature will be. Usually, when the ultrasonic is in the range of 85 C, the cleaning effect will become worse. Therefore, the working temperature of 50 C ~ 70 C is used in practical application of ultrasonic cleaning.
